If you're not satisfied with SAS for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

- Monthly subscription purchases (first payment only)
- Yearly subscription purchases (within 30 days)
- Lifetime license purchases (within 30 days)
- Any license upgrade purchases (within 30 days)
Not Eligible for Refund
- Renewal payments after the initial purchase
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Free trial licenses (no payment made)
- Licenses that have been terminated for Terms of Service violations

Subscription-based billing
First Month: Full refund available within 30 days of initial purchase
Renewal Months: No refunds for automatic renewal payments
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges
Yearly License (RM144/year)
Annual billing with 20% savings
First Year: Full refund within 30 days of purchase
After 30 Days: Pro-rated refund for unused months (minus processing fee)
Renewal Years: No refunds for automatic renewals
Lifetime License (RM5000)
One-time payment, use forever
Within 30 Days: Full refund available, no questions asked
After 30 Days: No refunds for lifetime licenses
Note: You keep access to your current version even after refund
How to Request a Refund
Processing Time: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Bank transfers may take longer.
Refund Conditions
When We May Deny Refunds
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if:
- Request is made after the 30-day refund period
- You have violated our Terms of Service
- You have filed a chargeback or disputed the charge with your bank
- You have already received a refund for a previous purchase
- Your account shows signs of fraud or abuse
- You request refunds repeatedly (abuse of refund policy)
License Termination
Upon refund approval:
- Your license key will be deactivated immediately
- You will no longer receive updates or support
- You may keep the software version you downloaded, but it will stop working after license validation fails
- All data remains on your server (we don't have access to delete it)
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the software, please contact support first. We'll work with you to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it within 14 days, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of the 30-day period.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased multiple licenses or made duplicate payments, we will refund the duplicate charges in full, regardless of the refund period.
Pricing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly due to a pricing error on our part, we will refund the difference or the full amount at your choice.
School Closure
If your school closes permanently, we offer pro-rated refunds for yearly and lifetime licenses, minus a small administrative fee.
Chargebacks and Disputes

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We're committed to resolving any issues and will process legitimate refund requests promptly.
Important: Filing a chargeback instead of requesting a refund may result in:
- Immediate license termination
- Ban from future purchases
- Additional fees to cover chargeback costs
